Organizations/individuals are not liable for any injuries or accidents. Parent and Player fully understand they are participating at their own risk. Games will be supervised.

I/we understand teams are created on a first come, first served basis. Up to 48 kids will be accommodated: 16 teams total, 8 teams per age division. Individual Players will be accepted, but not guaranteed to be entered, unless there are others within age division to group with. Registration ends on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. Players must arrive 60minutes prior to the 5 PM start time.
