Youth Matter, Arts Matter Camp

Get ready for two weeks of creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning at the Youth Matter, Arts Matter (YMAM) Summer Camp! This free program for youth ages 13–20 offers exciting opportunities to explore Film & Storytelling, Live Event Production, Culinary Arts & Hospitality, and STEAM Innovation through real-world projects, mentorship, and career-focused training.

Participants will gain valuable skills in filmmaking, photography, video editing, event production, cooking, graphic design, science, technology, leadership, and teamwork while working alongside industry professionals and community mentors. Whether you're interested in creating media, producing live events, exploring science and technology, or learning culinary skills, YMAM provides a fun, engaging environment where young people can discover their talents, build confidence, and prepare for future opportunities.

June 20th, 2026 Family Feud Games

Teams will compete in preliminary Family Feud games onJune 20, 2026, where they will battle on the Juneteenth stage for a grand cash pot and other prizes.

Who can enter? Groups of five: Families, faith-based organizations, non-profit organizations, or individuals representing a group or faith-based group. The individuals who apply will be randomly grouped to be on teams of 5.

Golden Jubilee Celebration

Join the Stockton Juneteenth Foundation on June 19, 2026, as we celebrate 50 years of African American history, leadership, excellence, and culture. This historic Golden Gala will honor outstanding individuals, organizations, History Makers, and Juneteenth leaders whose contributions have strengthened communities throughout Stockton and surrounding cities.

Guests will enjoy a red-carpet experience featuring tributes, award presentations, commemorative photography, live performances, and original music created for this milestone anniversary. The event will be professionally recorded to preserve this legacy for future generations.

Annual Juneteenth Celebration

The Stockton Juneteenth Community Celebration is the region’s largest cultural gathering honoring African American history, culture, and community unity. Held June 20th, 2026 from 12pm-6pm at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds, the event welcomes the county for a full day of live entertainment, performances, food vendors, small businesses, and community resources. With more than 50 vendors and organizations participating, the celebration creates a vibrant space where families, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and community partners come together to connect, share resources, and celebrate freedom and progress across generations.
